Spectrum Tube Carbon Dioxide
Gas filled discharge tubes produce bright unique spectra. For studying typical intensity of electromagnetic radiation across various wave lengths of the different gases when the gas inside is excited before a spectroscope. Sealed metal wires hold the electrodes and are welded to metal caps which have a loop for convenient hook-up to wire connections. Of glass construction -26 cm long and narrowed to capillary width for about 10 cm in the center.
